Robert Saracco, Founder

Rob has more than 15 years of commercial real estate experience and has worked on over $7.0 billion in projects from investment banking and brokerage to development and private equity investing. He has worked with all types of market participants from the largest companies in the world to small private investment groups. This experience took him through many markets in both the United States and abroad. Prior to founding Srco, Rob spent time with OKO Group, Tristar Capital and HFF (now part of JLL). The move to South Florida came after he received his MBA from the University of Florida. Prior to his MBA, he spent time working in finance in New York City. Rob received a BS in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University and was born and raised in Huntington (Long Island), New York.
